Privacy Policy

Who operates this website

SmartAIIntel is an independently operated publication run by its owner with contributing writers. For privacy questions or requests, contact bloggerinvitro@gmail.com.

Information processed when you visit

The new website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare processes information under its applicable terms and privacy practices. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ .

Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled for this project. We have not configured Google Analytics on the new site. This does not mean that hosting and security systems process no information.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information or attachments you provide. We use this information to respond, investigate corrections or editorial enquiries, and maintain relevant correspondence. Messages are handled through Gmail, provided by Google. See https://policies.google.com/privacy . Please do not send passwords, financial details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

No visitor analytics, advertising code or third-party football widget is intentionally included in the reviewed new-site build. We have not configured Google Analytics, and Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. Infrastructure or security features may behave differently from the site’s own code; we do not promise that every visit is entirely free of cookies or technical identifiers.

This policy describes the new SmartAIIntel website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It does not describe the previous website hosting.

We will update this policy and implement applicable privacy choices before enabling advertising, analytics or additional third-party embedded services on the new site.

How information is used and shared

We use information to deliver and secure the website, respond to enquiries, assess correction requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Hosting and email providers process information needed for their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or where necessary to address security incidents or protect legal rights. We do not sell information submitted through editorial enquiries.

Retention

We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including resolving enquiries, documenting corrections and meeting applicable obligations. Technical records held by service providers are subject to their service arrangements and retention practices. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period that we cannot verify.

International processing

Our hosting and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their applicable privacy notices describe their international processing and safeguards.

Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, objection or other handling of your personal information. Email bloggerinvitro@gmail.com to make a request. We may need information to verify your request. Applicable exceptions or obligations may affect what we can delete or provide. You may also have a right to complain to the relevant data protection authority.

External links

Articles may link to other websites. Following a link takes you to a separate service whose privacy practices apply. A link is not an assurance about that service’s practices.

Changes

We will revise this policy when the site’s processing changes and show an effective or updated date when the policy is published. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent.
